This data privacy statement explains to the user of this website the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider, COLIBRI ENERGY GmbH, Uhlandstr. 1, 61440 Oberursel (hereafter called “Offer”).

The legal principles of the data privacy are given in the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

Name of the retrieved web page, file, date and clock time of the call, volume of transferred data, message about successful call, browser type and version, operating system of the user, Referrer URL (the page visited earlier), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider only uses the protocol data for statistical evaluation for operating purposes, security and optimization of the offer. The provider, however, reserves the right to subsequently review the protocol data, if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete reference points.

Personal data is information that can be used to determine a person, these are details that can be tracked back to a person. This includes the name, e-mail address or telephone number. But this could also include data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or the web pages viewed by someone.

When the provider is contacted (for example by using the contact form or by e-mail), the user’s details are stored for processing the query and also in case there are connection issues.

If users post comments in the blog or other contributions, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the sake of security of the provider, in case someone writes unlawful contents in comments and contributions (insults, prohibited political propaganda etc.). In such a case the provider himself can be prosecuted and is therefore interested in the identity of the writer.

Embedding services and contents by third parties

It is possible that third party contents could be embedded within this online offer, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other web pages. This always assumes that the providers of these contents (hereafter designated as “Third party providers”) note the IP address of the user. This is because, without the IP address, they could not have sent the contents to the browser of the concerned user. The IP address is thus required for displaying these contents. We make every effort only to use those contents, whose respective providers use the IP address merely for delivering the contents. We have, however, no influence on them in case the third party providers store the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. To the extent that it is known to us, we enlighten the user about it.

The IP address is thus necessary for displaying these contents. According to the current knowledge, the IP address is only used for this purpose. The provider does not, however, have any influence on it in case Getty Images stores the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. If this is known to the provider, the users are enlightened, or the images are removed.
