Over 1000 School Starter Bags for Berlin’s Children

COLIBRI ENERGY supports the “Schoolstarter” project with logistics and hands-on commitment

This year again, COLIBRI ENERGY GmbH proudly supports the “Schoolstarter” project organized by the Berlin branch of the Wirtschaftsjunioren (WJB). The initiative aims to provide children from underprivileged families in Berlin with a dignified and equitable start to their school life – through a fully equipped and lovingly assembled school starter bag.

Up to 1,000 school starter bags will be distributed this year. COLIBRI ENERGY contributes primarily through logistical support and active participation in packing and coordination. Our employees help sort, package, and prepare the large volume of materials for delivery – quickly and efficiently.

Distribution to borough offices, schools, and non-profit organizations
The completed bags are handed over to Berlin district offices, selected elementary schools, and charitable organizations. This ensures the project reaches exactly those children for whom such a school start is far from guaranteed. For many, the well-filled starter bag is not just a helpful item – it is a symbol of recognition and belonging.
